A whole lot of cherries. The colour is cherry, the flavour, the taste… all cherry. But that’s not everything. A balsamic touch slowly develops and also a sweet-red-berry aroma gradually accompanies the fruity panoply. The texture is soft, round, and velvety .The freshness of the territory – the Biern – gives the wine a vivid structure, the acidity is ever-present but never ostensible, the spiciness in the finish proves to be a perfect partner of the intense fruity flavours.
