Originates from a rocky and barren underground. The vines are partly more than 50 years old and reflect precisely the vineyard’s terroir. Smoky and stony flavours rule in the beginning just to be released by intense and precise stone-fruit through the influence of air. At the palate the flavours continue to be subtle. Decent fruit aromas are complemented by some salty notes. The acidity is crispy, the body succulent, the finish long and persistent.
