Old vines for our young daughter. The Neuburger which is partly produced from vines more than 80 years old is dedicated to Katharina, our daughter. She just reached an age where she can also appreciate her wine: its delicate honey-flavours, its subtle orange aromas and the restrained but sophisticated nutty insinuations. The body is compact and opulent but also well balanced. It has a burgundy structure. Ideal in combination with risotto and cheese.
