Grüner Veltliner Federspiel Biern
In the so called „Red Biern“, where clay dominates the soil, root the vines for my Veltliner Federspiel. Fresh fruit, salt and pepper are the dominant olfactory flavours. On the palate an intense spiciness takes over which also combines a subtle minerality and delicate quince aromas. Its texture is dense, juicy and elegant. Will reach its peak in four to five years.
